In order to be loved, taken care of and respected you have to give the same to your partner. You can't expect love and care and understanding if you don't stand by them in their time of need just as you can't expect someone to give you their time if you never spare any time for them. A relationship is a two-way street… if you won't give your full attention TO someone you cannot expect it FROM them. Most people will not beg for your time and attention but will look for other things to keep them busy instead… You can’t ask someone to give away their self-respect. If your relationship is the most important thing to you then you won’t give your lover reasons to be angry or cry… Instead, you will give them everything they deserve without being asked. That's the real essence of LOVE… when it is given freely and abundantly.
