At times when I feel very lonely, I recall all the memories I have with you, one by one. I close my eyes and live out those memories when you are not there with me. I hear your voice, hold your hand, and hug you in those moments. Seeing everything back to back, I also see all the mistakes I made that hurt you, and I want to correct every mistake I ever made. All those that made a reason for your pain. In those moments, I want to Love you more and more. I want to spend every second loving you that I wasted fighting or arguing with you. In this life and all my lives, I want to Love you every moment…every second.

We have days that are special to us, and sometimes we expect special treatment and gifts from the one we Love. But for me, I don’t want any gift on my special day. Do you know what gift I want from you?? I don’t want gold or diamonds, name brand clothes, or fancy bags to flaunt. I don’t want the stars or the moon. I just want to have one full day with you; just you and me where you speak and I will listen and show my adoration for you. Watching you get excited while we are talking and holding each other’s hands. I want a day where we can talk non-stop endlessly, and we can go wherever we want; a night together amidst the full moon and stars where you are my most shining star. I want to hug you and lay my head on your chest, and your every heartbeat calls my name. A night where we can sleep together in each other’s arms, calmly. I don’t want sex. I just want to explore your soul; touch it with my Love, and draw you into me. I want a night where time stands still while I am wrapped up in your arms, and the only sound will be the sound of our heartbeats…beating together.

I don’t need much else since God has given me YOU. I simply need you to be with me when I need to discuss something. I need to impart everything that is on my mind to you; my goals and everything I could ever want, and all that I can imagine that goes through my psyche. All the great and awful things that have occurred in my life up until now. I need to impart my complete self to you. I need you each snippet of the day, every minute. I need all your time and attention. No extravagances in the world can fulfill me, just you and me; hand in hand. I need to feel your sweet scent, sufficient enough that it takes my senses away. I need to hear you all the time as your voice is the main voice that continually murmurs in my mind. You are my today, and every one of my tomorrows has a place with you in it only. After staying together for so many years sometimes the Love seems to go away, and we don’t even realize it. We keep staying together because we are used to each other to the point that we can’t even imagine living our lives alone. We become so dependent on one another for things and can’t even think of living a lonely life. But that doesn’t mean Love binds us. It’s just our duties towards each other and our social responsibilities that keep us together. But when we find someone who ignites our Love buds again and makes us love our life again, then we want to break our chains that bind us and go to the person who loves us. But is it that easy?? It’s not because we become torn between our duties and our Love and we just can’t leave. Life is not just about a person; it’s about the world and a society that makes our world. We sometimes have to live with it and its norms…

In life, we meet lots of people; some win our hearts and some our life. Some become our friends for life; our soulmates. Some teach us how to be enemies, how to fight and win, and how to be a hypocrite and rude. Every person shows you something or other, but I think the most valuable lessons are the ones taught while people back stab you. The things you learn when you are cheated on only makes you stronger and more mature. Some people come to you as well-wishers while the ones who act as though they care about you the most, are the ones who talk about you, back stab you, and gossip about you. They are the only people who try to finish you. But while they are doing this, they forget they are doing you a favor. They are helping you grow stronger and more mature. They teach you whom and what to trust. They teach you the most valuable lesson of life.

TRUST YOURSELF AND BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST…NO ONE CAN EVER LOVE YOU MORE THAN YOURSELF…NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU DESERVE ANY LESS…NO ONE IS BETTER THAN YOU…DO NOT ALWAYS TRUST THOSE WHO ARE TRYING TO GET CLOSER TO YOU, BECAUSE EVEN THE SHADOWS WILL LEAVE YOU WHEN IT GETS DARK…

Never let any moments slip from your hands that could be the reason for your happiness. That single moment could be a treasure for years to come, and you never know when it could be your last. So make sure you live every day to your fullest and enjoy it as if it’s your last. Never hold grudges or regrets in your heart. Everything has something good in it, always look for it and enjoy it. Life is too short to be sad. Once gone, we can never bring back those times that could have brought us so much happiness. Just a single moment of happiness is enough to bring joy to our lives…
