Where has all the love gone?

I’d never thought that life could be so cruel… That something could hit me so hard that it would shatter all my dreams within seconds and put me on a path to where I am now; alone, lonely and aimless. I feel I have no one beside me. You’ve withdrawn from me and taken everything… all the support I had… I gave you all my love, all my time and all my admiration. You took it all gladly and you loved me back… for a time… But then what happened? Where has all this distance between us come from? What has made you suddenly forget about me and the love we had together? When I try to think back on our time together, all I see is love, comfort and peace. All I recall is happiness and lots of laughter together. There were no signs of grudges or fights we never made up from… We were never the couple to constantly be in tears or arguments… So where has all this need for space suddenly come from? In all the time we were together, you were never like this… We always had so much love, understanding and faith in one another. We were always that “MADE FOR EACH OTHER” couple… so why the sudden separation? I never expected it from you… I would never have dreamt of it in my worst nightmares… You have broken my trust and my heart as well…I don’t think I can ever trust anyone in my life – EVER AGAIN! And now this road you’ve put me on is mine to walk all alone… So as of now – I don’t want anyone else in my life! I don’t want to give anyone else the chance to break my heart or play with my feelings like you did…

The biggest challenge of love

The biggest challenge of love is to keep the fires of passion burning and never let the desire for one another burnout… But if you can master that, you can master the true art of happiness because love keeps you young and happy… It makes you fearless and motivated to achieve things you only ever dreamed of before… Love is an energy source that uplifts the spirits not only of yourself – but that of the person you love. It boosts self-esteem and confidence because you know you always have that one special person who believes in you no matter what. Love is treasuring the person you’re with and the bond the two of you share together… It is a perfect blend of two imperfect souls that merged together like oxygen in air… Love means being the real you, without any changes… with all your flaws and imperfections… and being loved just as you are…

Ego and attitude make a person so rude and arrogant that they forget they are a flawed human being just like everyone else. Egotistical people tend to forget that every person they treat badly is deeply hurt by their behavior… It never occurs to them that THEY are a source of pain for so many people. When a person is controlled by their own ego, it takes over their mind and their heart… It controls their feelings to a point where they can no longer see or understand anyone else but themselves. To an egotistical person – THEY are always right…. THEIR words should always be the last ones… THEIRS is the only option worth listening to… A person like that becomes incapable of seeing things from another’s point of view and cannot empathize with the pain of others. Blinded by their own arrogance, they will keep repeating the same mistakes over and over, forgetting the rule of KARMA… which says “today it is me – but tomorrow it can be you”. So before hurting others… stop and think about it. Are you really on the right? False ego and self-righteous attitudes never take you anywhere… All they will do is take away the love others have for you and eventually leave you completely alone because the only people left will be the ones who need something from you; the hypocrites, the users, and the liars. The only people you will have left are people who neither love you nor respect you – but hate you inside…

My memories have played an important part in my life as they are the treasures I keep safely inside my heart. They’ve made me laugh and they’ve made me cry… Sometimes, when I’m alone they are my only companion. I could spend hours with you looking back on our life together… Some memories bring tears as I miss old times and people I used to know, other memories make me happy, and some memories I look back on just to appreciate the life lessons they taught me. I know it’s important to live in the moment, but remembering the past is important too… Often l will reminisce the good times we’ve had over the years and it rekindles that love again… The memories of our relationship lighten my heart and every new moment we share will stay with me for a lifetime. That is why I never forget any moment of my life and keep my recollections safe within the treasure box of my heart… so I can recall them again at a moment’s notice relive those old times again anytime I wish. It is those happy memories that soothe me whenever I’m upset or angry. I simply remember back to a time when there was nothing but love and happiness between us and realize that’s the way I want us to be again… And all I have to do is remember how much I love you…
