The person we are today is a result of everything that’s happened to us in our past. Everything we’ve ever been through makes us the person we are today… Our childhood memories play an important part in shaping both our lives and our personalities… So much of that time was spent obeying our elders and doing things their way, with our own choices and desires put aside whilst keeping our hurt inside. But sometimes that hurt and frustration gathered from years of doing things we didn’t want to do can make us a rude and a negative person if we’re not careful… Sometimes we can become so pessimistic that we don’t even try to see good things around us anymore. Worse still – sometimes we shout at those we love, letting out all that collected anger that really wasn’t meant for them. We forget just how harmful those feelings can be to our friends and family, and that all that negativity just might push away the people who wanted to be close to us if we do not change our ways. The people in our lives need love and encouragement, and we should be strong enough to give it to them – even if it’s something we never grew up with. Every person has two choices in life… to give out love and positivity regardless of whether you received it or not… or to give back only the negative you received and end up alone. I believe that if we give only love and happiness and do everything in our power to make others happy, it will be returned to us. If we accept our bad memories are in our past, and not punish the people in our present for them we can move forward and make our future a better place to live with people we love…!!

A modern woman is strong enough to run a business and her home efficiently… She can manage her employees and her family without any help from anyone else. Even while considering things for herself, she’ll still involve him in the decision making process because it is an equal partnership… not a dictatorship. But the same rule goes both ways – so don’t think you can rule her or decide things for her. Remember that love is a place where give and take happens… it is a place where both people’s opinions are respected… When you respect the woman you love, she will respect you in return and love you a million times over when loved truly and wholeheartedly… But no woman wants to be controlled or bullied by a man and unfortunately men sometimes forget that… So be mindful of her strength and respect it and she will respect and adore you in return…

It’s not until they’ve left us that we begin to recall the good times we had and all the love we shared… Only then do we feel regret at not having made more memories. So don’t be left with nothing but regrets… remember what matters most… Make the time to see the people you love most because you never know when will be their last day with you. Whenever you free yourself from your busy schedule to spend time with someone, you’re giving them a part of your life and that is a part that you will never get back. Why do you think it’s so unreasonable for me to ask for more time and attention from you when I give you all my time and attention!? My every thought starts with you and ends only on YOU. If at any time you need me – no matter how far away or busy I am – I always drop everything for you. I never keep you waiting or let you feel unwanted… But how do you return my love? You are always busy whenever I need you… You only ever talk of dreams and plans that have nothing to do with us as a couple… You never seem to care if I’m around or not and you certainly never care if I need you or not… not unless YOU want something from me… But what if I need to talk to you or want to share my dreams and goals for our future with you? Or what if I simply just want to spend time with you?… I have to ask you, wait for you for hours… Why do I always have to manage my schedule around you? I have feelings and needs too you know… and yes, there are going to be times I need you when you’re ‘not in the mood’ to talk but relationships are about compromise! Did it ever occur to you that sometimes I become so insecure and so afraid of my loneliness….. and I just want you with me… nothing less nothing more…

A NEW YEAR HAS BEGUN.

The new year is a time to make new resolutions and new promises… Whilst I celebrated New Year’s Eve I thought back on the year that had gone by and all I saw was pain, heartache, and tears… Every person I have ever trusted and loved had either left me alone when I needed them or left me for someone else. Everything I have loved was taken from me… I’m not saying there weren’t any happy moments but the ones that flashed before my eyes were moments of pain and hurt. But now that the year has ended and a new one has begun I want to promise myself to be strong and happy… I want to promise myself to not to trust people so blindly but more importantly – learn to trust my intuition… Because when my heart says something is wrong it definitely is!……. This year, I will give more importance to my dreams and will work hard on them… I promise myself to stop crying for people who don’t value me but instead – become strong enough to keep them out of my life… This new morning has come with a new sun so much brighter and stronger that it takes over the sky… I will let it lighten up every nook and corner of my heart… I want my life to be full of love, erasing all the hatred I have for anyone… This is my wish for the coming year… I WISH THAT ALL THE PAIN, HATRED AND TEARS WOULD LEAVE THIS BEAUTIFUL PLANET AND A NEW WORLD FULL OF LOVE, LAUGHTER AND JOY WOULD ARISE…
