WHEN A RELATIONSHIP ENDS
When we first leave a relationship, it is a time when we feel the most broken and shattered… Sadness can take over where there were once dreams before… it seems as though every day brings us nothing but tears and pain. But we must remember that while we were in that relationship, we made so many memories that will never leave us… and whenever we are lonely we can cherish them and keep them as our most valuable treasures… When we were in love we felt so light and happy, as if we had wings and could fly… but when love has gone from our lives it feels difficult to breathe and live… We miss all the moments we spent with them, laughing and loving… It feels like we had so much fun while in love and that heartbreak has done nothing but bruise our soul so much that the pain makes life difficult to bear. It’s normal to miss what we had and to long for the person who used to tell us they loved us… But this is a time for looking forward – not back. That part of our life is now in the past to make way for a new love we have not met yet. Realize that the time we spent was never wasted because it gave us beautiful memories… and has taught us what to look for – and what NOT to look for – when our next love arrives…
