WE MUST MOVE ON

Why do we get so upset and become saddened when the people we love ignore us and take us for granted? Why do we think about them all the time even when thoughts of us never cross their mind? Why do we still give them topmost priority even when we are always the last on their list? I know that love is said to weaken a person but does it really have to be to a point where we forget about our own self-importance our very identity? Love is meant to be a two sided affair… it can never reach its potential unless both people feel the same and place the same level of priority on each other. Unless feelings are truly reciprocated and requited, the one sided feelings a person can have for another cause only pain and torment. Sooner or later for our own good, we must move on.

I know you don't always enjoy being a part of my endless conversations... LOVE SHOULD BE RECIPROCATED

When falling for someone, always make sure that your feelings are respected and reciprocated. Love takes time to grow yes… but too much time leads to nothing more than pain and heartaches. Don’t underestimate yourself and never waste your feelings on someone who doesn't deserve them. Unrequited love can break you and broken hearts may heal eventually, but the pain and scars remain forever. Never let anyone hurt you in the name of love… Never let anyone play with your feelings… Never let anyone use you in the name of love. Love someone with all of your heart but only if they love you the same way, otherwise you are simply being used.

PUTTING YOURSELF FIRST

When we love we love unconditionally and wholly, without any ifs and buts. Our love is given freely and abundantly... We give the precious gift of time which we can never get back because a relationship is a part of our life which will never be reversed. We strive to do everything for a loved one, even when it’s not easily within our reach and we try to keep them happy and give them everything they could ever dream of. We hope that we will find our happiness in their happiness and in that way all that we give will be returned to us and all our selflessness will be rewarded. But sometimes we invest so much of ourselves into them that we become dependent on them for our own happiness because we’ve made them our whole and in doing all this we’ve forgotten ourselves completely. Without even realizing we have placed ourselves back stage where no one sees our desires or cares for our needs. And this is when we finally realize that sometimes it’s important to put ourselves first so we too can achieve happiness.

I loved you with all my heart, and I still do... but I can't come begging to you for anything you don't want to willingly give me. If you really love me I should never have to ask you for your attention or time... but it seems I always do. I feel like I have to constantly remind you that I’m an important part of your life… I have to keep asking you for your love and I shouldn’t need to do that if you really loved me. All I have ever wanted was to be your priority… but it’s never going to happen. And now I’m done asking and begging… I’m done crying over you. I don't want to live my life for someone who doesn't value me and my feelings...I can't waste any more of my time on a man who has no time for me...I can't waste my tears for that love who don't value them
